The Delaware Valley Legacy Fund’s mission is to increase philanthropy and grant making to support needs in the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI) communities. Housed in The Philadelphia Foundation, DVLF has helped leverage resources for health and social service agencies –for over 100 LGBTI and allied-serving organizations.
